Due to my study Communication and Information Sciences, I made a Facebook profile. I read a lot of articles about studies done to the influence of social media on the social life of people. I was already on Hyves, so I was curious how Facebook was like. The next step to get totally involved into the online social world was getting twitter. But I postponed that because I didn’t really need it and it was just another way to waste my time on instead of studying.
Until now.
For the course ‘Business Information Technology’ it is obligatory to have a twitter account. So the main aim of joining twitter is an educative one. Maybe later on (when I have figured out how to use it) I can use it also for fun.
This blog is also a part of the course. In this weekly blog I am going to write about everything related to my study which I think is interesting. So if you are curious what I am exactly doing at the Tilburg University, my blog might be interesting. With the help of twitter and other social media I am going to promote my blog.
